4. How we share information
Capsa does not sell benchmark participant personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, email, analyze, and operate the benchmark. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and security, with your permission, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or sale of assets.
Aggregated or de-identified benchmark insights may be used or shared without identifying individual participants or companies.
5. Cookies and sessions
The benchmark uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for login, session security, and basic site operation. The benchmark is not intended to collect sensitive personal information or payment information.
6. Retention
We keep benchmark information for as long as needed to operate the benchmark, prepare useful peer comparisons, support participants, improve the product, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service. You can ask us to delete or update your benchmark information, and we will handle the request unless we need to keep information for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.
7. Security
Capsa uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect benchmark information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but benchmark data is handled as confidential business information and access is limited to people and systems with a business need.
8. Your choices
- You can update your saved benchmark profile from the benchmark app when you are signed in.
- You can ask Capsa to update, export, or delete benchmark information associated with your email.
- You can opt out of marketing emails, although we may still send transactional messages about login, security, or requested benchmark results.
